Eric Silverman

Eric joined the ECG team in 2024 and is widely known as a subject matter expert with more than 24 years of employee benefits experience.

He is also a contributing author to the Amazon Best Selling employee benefits book, “Breaking Through The Status Quo.”

Eric started his career as a college intern and quickly propelled into management; focusing most efforts on new business development through the procurement and development of new partners and the recruiting of college interns and career agents to support his initiative. His unique management style, coupled with his tenacious focus on detail, customer service, ethics and integrity are what has assured his consistent growth each year.

Personally, Eric is originally from the DC area and went to college in Baltimore where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Towson University. Eric is a huge Baltimore Orioles baseball fan and is heavily involved in his community where he sits on the city’s board for youth baseball and volunteers as a little league head coach. Eric and his wife Megan have two beautiful children, Dylan, 14, and Devin, 8.
